      I’m a tenant with them now and they are extremely unprofessional. I’ve reached out to the landlord regarding EVERYTHING that I deemed wrong with the apartment. As she instructed me to upon signing the lease. She was always late, does not return calls, and after giving me her direct office line blocked me not but 2 phone calls later. Our apartment has an animal living in the vent that no one’s done anything about. Not even a day after moving in the hot water heater imploded and we had no water running through our apartment. At this rate I will be paying for the maintenance on my apartment and sending the bill to management because that’s the only way I’ll believe anything will get done. If you need a quick fix apartment that is a month to month lease this is barely the place for you.

      I can only share my experience with management not the owners. They are non-professionsls, mean spirited and they discriminate elderly and disabled individuals. In my own experience, I have been a tenant for 2 years. I have had my mailbox vandalized and put in a work order 9 months ago to no avail. I had to rent a safety deposit box from the Postal office. I have put in a work order for my apartment door to be fixed 15 months ago because I have insects, mice rats etc.entering undernourished the gap in the door. Once again, to no avail. My toilet lid has fallen off, my vehicle car tires has been slashed, right front and right back. It is obviously to me that there is an vendetta against me and I think deserve to know where all the vindictive behavior towards me originates.
