    I am writing to make a complaint about a camera security independent owner (as he called himself). His name is ***************************. He is affiliated with Black Boxx Audio & Security, LLC. I hired him in April 2023. To put around my home security cameras and to put camera app on my phone. He brought the cameras and was supposedly set up cameras. Two days later, the cameras were offline, not working, and I tried to contact him. He told me an excuse that his dad was in an accident, and he will get back to me when he goes back to work. I tried to call and text him after a week. No response. As of August the 15th 2023, he still hasn't responded back to me. So, I tried to contact his helper, **********. He did. respond to my text. He tried to answer my questions but couldn't help me. My daughter called Mr. ******** on Wednesday, August the 15th, 2023 and he said that he will be finishing projects and he will call my mother by this weekend, no later than Tuesday. Today is Wednesday, August the 23rd, 2023. I still havent heard from him and didnt expect to hear from him. Both of my checks were cashed in the sum of $1800 and he did not comeback to make necessary adjustment on the system. We have been without cameras since April and now it is almost the end of August. His actions are unprofessional. I will not recommend him or his company to anyone. I refuse to let anyone be treated like he treated us. I am only reporting because he took our money and did not render any more service. I want this to be recorded so he will not take advantage of anyone else.
