My contractor hired you to do some work after my home sustained damage due to a house fire which occurred August 20, 2022 in ************, **. My contractor's name was ***************************** and he passed away last year in September. Things with my home have gone downhill since then. However, my home isn't complete and there are some electrical and plumbing issues that need to be fixed. I wasn't aware of these issues until June 11, 2024 when I had the house inspected. The inspector gave me a list of things which need to be corrected before I can move in. That list is as follows: (missing required receptacles near the kitchen counters, the half wall in the kitchen, and the island, incorrect breaker types for some circuits, and there's no electric dryer circuit. The water heater was installed indoors rather than outdoors). I've already paid someone else to have the water heater moved outdoors. I still need to pay someone to correct the other mistakes which means my sheet rock and floors have to be cut through then repaired after the electrical issues are corrected which I'll also have to pay for. I have sent emails and I have called several times and gotten no response. I'm unable to leave a voicemail because the voicemail box is full. Are you willing to help with the cost of getting these things corrected, repaired, and possibly reimburse me for what I've paid so far to correct the issues? I need to be able to move in before August 20, 2024. Thanks in advance.
