    I hired Randall H***** of Howell Lawn Maintenance L.L.C.
    2*** ** ********** *** ******* ** ***** to cut my lawn he sent me a message about his prices and requires payment for all cuts at the beginning of the month before services are rendered. I was skeptical about paying up front but my lawn needed maintenance and I don't have a lawn mower. He was paid on March 7, 2023 via Venmo for 3 cuts in March at $60 a cut for a total of 180 he only cut the grass 2 times in March and was coming to cut a third time April 1st and wanted payment for 3 cuts upfront for April and refused to refund me for the 3rd cut he didn't do for the month of March. I have text message exchange where he said 9 months out the year he does 3 cuts a month at 60 a cut for 180 a month then the other 3 month 2 times minimum at 60 a cut for 120 total for the month. He said he didn't make the first cut till March 10 so he didn't have time to cut it a third time for March but expects me to take the 60 bucks at a loss because he does 3 for March but didn't have time to do the third cut.

    I am going to refund her money, if she would not have been verbally abusive when I talked to her would have refunded the money, she called me a thief and threatened to sue me for over 60 dollars. She needs the money so will refund it.

    Better Business Bureau:



    The company Howell Lawn Maintenance L.L.C..  refunded half the price he owed. He refunded $30 but it was $60. I have a picture of the purchase of the service and the refund . I'm not satisfied with this resolution
