I placed order ***** on July 30, 2024 for $63.42 and order ***** on May 13, 2024 for $65.34 and still have not rec'd it. I have asked about this order as well as other orders many times. The only answer I get is that I'll check and get back to you or I thought I answered you let me check it. I have offered to work with her but she doesn't answer me so I feel I have no other option but to to this. She has blocked me from FB and has removed my account from her website. Some of my purchases never downloaded on her website as well. Some dates she changed on my account and she changed some of the invoices when she sent some of the items and even deleted some things once I reported her to Shop pay for a couple of other orders that I have already gotten money returned on. I only have 3 orders still out from her. This one and another that I am also disputing and the 3rd one she has sent me 1 of the items from it and she sent me a tracking number several days ago for a couple of the other items but the tracking shows the items have not been picked up by the **** yet with this order showing still 1 item left to ship. ******* has done this to others. If you go on her FB people are constantly asking about their orders and not getting responses so this is common practices for her. I have offered to work with her but I can never get her to answer me. She recently got mad with me because I disputed orders with shop pay and she finally responded to me with a rude remark. She will occasionally post on her FB that she has had people scamming from her page and that some of her orders have been lost in the mail, or this has happened or that had happened. I have been a customer of hers for years and most of the items are preorder and you know it is going to take a little time before they come in but they should not take 6 months to a year and the preorders usually are scheduled to come in within a few months. Some of the things said here are impossible to do. I can't change an invoice or a date for an item or order after the customers places her order. As for as the order that hasn't moved , it was just dropped off yesterday to **** so tracking should be updating within the next 24-48(as always). Her two outstanding orders have been refunding to her as of today in the total amount of $127.76. ***** is no longer waiting for any items or refunds from SSS.Customer Answer

I need to add a message to the accounts I never could figure out how to add to the complaint once money was sent. I did get a rude response from the owner and I did get my refund. I totally disagree with her answer to me but I will agree to disagree at this point. The main thing I disagree with her is that she states all my orders have been rec'd and that is not the case. I am still waiting on 3 of the 4 things from my last order with her. She mailed one item and I have rec'd that 2 items are in process as I got a preshipment notification on May 7 but as of yet have not rec'd. Tracking # ******************************

I placed three separate orders. One on November 23, 2024, one on October 10, 2024, and the last on October 15, 2024. I havent received any of the items. They are preorders, but all orders should have been in by now. I messaged the owner multiple times, and never received an update. The order placed in November was charged to my card, but I never got an invoice. I also asked the owner for an invoice but she wouldnt send one. I am filing a complaint against Sweet Southern Smocks for an unresolved preorder from November 2024. My order, due in December 2024, has not been received, and I have not been refunded despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue.Timeline of Events:November 2024: I placed a preorder with an expected delivery in December.February 2025: No order received. A ******** group revealed other customers faced similar delays, with delivery expected by the end of February.March 18, 2025: I contacted the seller and was offered store credit, which I declined. The seller acknowledged email issues and promised a ****** refund.March 21 & 24, 2025: After no refund, I followed up. The seller then claimed she no longer offers ****** refunds, suggesting Venmo or CashApp instead.April 2, 2025: I provided my Venmo info. May 2024 I ordered 6 childrens Christmas outfits that was supposed to be delivered in November but they were never received. I have reached out to the company and on multiple occasions they had different shipping dates she said, when she would finally email back after about 2-3 follow up emails with each email I sent. On October 23, 2024, I ordered a smocked outfit for my daughter through the Sweet Southern Smocks Facebook VIP Group. I received an invoice from Sweet Southern Smocks via email, which I promptly paid. The guaranteed delivery date was set for February. However, it is now mid-March, and I have yet to receive the item. Despite multiple attempts to reach the owner via email, I have received no response. Additionally, the ******** page is flooded with comments from at least 50 other customers experiencing the same issue, but the owner is not responding to any inquiries about past orders. Meanwhile, the owner continues to post about selling new items. At this point, I am requesting either a full refund or immediate delivery of my order, as the outfit will no longer fit my child if delayed further.Business Response

Date of Transaction: 9/8/24 Pre order transaction for preorder 183- Shipping to Jan 2025 to company I ordered couple of shirts for my child from this company and received invoice to pay for preorder, which i did back in September. The 3 tracking numbers provided to me do not have receipts, and they have not been scanned into a **** location for 16 days now. I have quadruple paid for shipping, when items could have been combined into 1-2 packages. I do not believe that Mrs. ******* is telling the truth about my purchases having been mailed. I am not the only unhappy customer she is currently dealing with. As I've told ****, all of her orders were dropped off 1/24/25. My post office was closed the entire weekend due to MLK and then the snow storm in the south. So when they did open, they were behind of shipping. As I'm sure you'd expect and understand. **** thinks I was lying and never shipped her orders hence the claim on the BBB. Attached if her 3 relaxing numbers. All with different arrival dates as I can't determine the exact date **** will deliver them. *************** for up to 18 inches in snow. That is unheard of. The reason I am rejecting is because I need a 3rd party to see that ******* is indeed falsifying her claims here that she mailed my packages on January 24th. In my original filing, I mentioned that she claimed to have shipped these January 18th: please see the attached email screenshot. In reality, all 3 packages shipped out on January 30th. Please see an attached sample screenshot of a tracking number where labels were printed on the 14th and shipped the 30th. She emailed me after getting home from the post office, failing to mention that it was my packages that were included in the mailing haul. (Also attached)
I filed this initial BBB claim very early on the morning January 30th, and its ironic how the 3 packages magically shipped out and the tracking began moving that very afternoon. She had been telling me a made up excuse that the post office in her town during/after the storm was not following the federal protocol and simply not scanning packages. Even videoing a post office employees audio conversation without her consent to prove this. However, the packages would have eventually been scanned in down the road at the next **, right? Except they had NEVER BEEN MAILED. The ** always follows protocols and scans in boxes under stress. So should you, *******. (2 of these packages were promised to me in November 2024, remember?)
I am rejecting Sweet Southern Smocks response because she needs to admit to me that she mailed these packages on January 30th. Regretting or wishing arent that same as actually having done something. Her business is untrustworthy and unprofessional.

I'm not sure what **** wants done here. She's been refunded for any orders she doesn't have and she has received all orders that were shipped to her. I can't determine when a package will be scanned in, especially after snow shutting down our local post office for a week and then being behind and not scanning. I ordered 5 items in August from this place. Items were promised to be in by November. After multiple emails to the owner, ******* *******, I was told 3 out of 5 items were lost and she would refund me my money and the other two items she would ship. This was on December 15th. She still has not refunded my money nir shipped my items yet she continues to try and sell more clothes by opening up new preorders. Ive emailed her multiple times with no response. I am not the only customer who is missing items and Im not even sure if the original items were even lost at this point since she refuses to make things right. While I will agree to close this case, I want to note the emails to sweet southern smocks started on December 11th and were sent during business hours. It was only after I filed the complaint with BBB that I actually received a refund and it wasnt until almost 5pm yesterday that I even got tracking saying my item that was promised last week had even been picked up by the postal service. This lady has been rude and condescending this whole time and I still stand by what I said about her business. It is not well run and her customer service is terrible. She tries to blame the customer when it is her that has been at fault. Her business has been running poorly for years apparently and I just happened to not find out until recently when she tried to s**** me over.
