    Terrible work ethic and quality of work. Signed contract Feb 19, 2024; started June 10, 2024. Job was to enclose a patio with brick base, screen, two screen doors(one with a doggie door), a retractable screen, and metal fence (two small areas straight across). One week two the most. What I have to date is a fence that is crooked with rust areas upon installation with screws placed sporadically. My fur baby can get thru fence something he guaranteed wouldnt happen. Door that should have a doggie door is not hung correctly. It has to be kicked out from bottom half and top half held by bungee cord to keep closed completely. No doggie door. Retractable screen was replaced couple weeks after installing due to his poor measurements and instructions. Poor measurements altered parking. I have no warranty or paperwork for the retractable screen, fence, screens, etc. On October 7, I called him again to please finish this job. Have not heard or seen him. I have documented our calls, our encounters, taken pictures, and have witnesses of his work. This was a nightmare experience. I dealt with his inconsistency while caring for my sick Mother who passed during this process. He is not a man of integrity! Time line of installation..Brick base- June ***** (M-F) (best part of job)Fence-July 18 (one very rainy day)Screen patio-August 1 (partial)Retractable screen & 2 screen doors(no doggie door)-August 8 Retractable screen jams and tears-August 18 Retractable screen replaced-September 25 October 7, I called him. We had a pleasant conversation until I asked him to please finish this job. His whole tone changed! Has not shown up or called to date. He did not stand by his words guarantee you will be satisfied.
