    Date of Purchase: Feb. 15, 2025 in the amount of $2,197.40 Date of Pick up of Damaged Bedroom Set: 3/1/25 On 3/7/25 Furniture Mart issued a refund in the amount of $1,000.00 provided me a receipt which I attached but never released the funds. I attached proof of non payment. I did receive partial payments in the amounts of $500, $400, $100, $98.40 and $99.00 on different days due to employee theft. The Houma Furniture who originally took my payment did not have the capability of a refund. Each transaction I gave my card information over the phone, I was not comfortable but had no other way.Once there, I was there from 4:30-7:00 trying to get the refund processed on the phone with the Gretna location. My Bank One Card was entered so many times that the Cashier at the Gretna Store suggested trying another card. So eventually the Card Machine showed it went through, and a reprint of the receipt was sent to me on the next day by *****. In order to put all the refund in one place I used the same card on 3/8/25 for 3 more transactions, $400.00, $500.00, and $98.40. And then on 3/9/25 a transaction for the remaining $100.00. Furniture Marts credit card machine had a limit on how much could be refunded per day for employee security reasons. With all 5 transactions being done over the weekend, nothing was posted until 3/11/25. All transactions went through except the $1,000.00 from 3/7/25.I contacted One Cash customer service, and they informed me that, that transaction was not released to them from the merchant and sent me email that I then forwarded to Angelic, Mr. **** and the Stores email asking them what happened. After speaking to Mr. **** later that evening he informed me that Furniture Mart had intentionally not released these funds because I was being paid twice, which is in accurate. I have not been fully refunded even once. I have called and emailed numerous times with no response from any one with in Furniture Mart. I attached all my Proof.
