I had blood drawn on 10/17/2023. I have not paid the bill they keep sending me as my insurance already paid it. Original bill is for $2082.96. They are billing for $******* which I have the EOBs from insurance company proving they have been paid. ********** Blue Shield of LA has contacted them 4 times to resolve this. Originally they filed the claim wrong so it was paid on separate checks. They filed as primary insurance and a co insurance. The first check was paid on 11/13/2023 $899.06 including insurance discounts and when refiled the second check was paid on 12/18 $ ******* including insurance discounts. I have tried calling Quest but they refuse to talk to me They will only talk to my insurance. I also sent them a registered letter with a copy of the EOBs. The last bill I received on Thursday 12/7/9/2024 they said they are sending me to collections because I have not tried to reach out to them to resolve the problem.
