    Brought my Infinity QX70 to have body work done. Job well done, A day later I noticed that the driver side window wouldn't go up all of the way intermittently. Trapp checked it out and said that it was a bad regulator but nothing to do with the body work that they had done BUT they could fix it. Quoted me about $500. I approved the repair. They replaced the regulator that didn't fix it, they then replaced the motor and gear box. Cost me $1054.64 Told me it was fixed. I picked it up and it did the same thing before I got home. Window still intermittently wouldn't go up. I diagnosed a bad window switch myself and called to talk to the body shop manager (******) rather than the person that I had been dealing with (*****). He agreed that it probably was the switch and was gonna charge me another $400+ dollars for the part but free labor. I okayed it but under protest. I heard nothing more from ****** but ***** did text me that the part was gonna cost $600 but she was gonna check on an aftermarket switch. after a week of waiting for them to get back with me and hearing nothing. I ordered the switch and replaced it myself. That fixed it. Trapp charged me $1054.64 to replace regulator, motor and gear box that didnt need to be replaced.I contacted the body shop manager (******) via email and asked that they pay me back $845.54 for the parts that they put on the vehicle that didnt fix anything but did not get a response to my email as requested.
