    Absolute ***************** we purchased a new home and kept receiving notices that we are under contract and will be charged X amount of dollars if we do not renew or sign. Threw letter away as we NEVER heard of this company before and knew we had NO ********* ******* starts texting my husband that he needed to answer about the contract or we would be in void. I called to find out what they were talking about, I was hung up on twice, told the manager/owner would be in office in 10 min. called back and was told she was back from vacation and not coming in and to try Monday. I said we do not have a contract with you, never heard of you and was told yes you do because the house has a contract on it from the previous owner. The owner has passed away and the home was sold -that does not put us in any agreement or contract with a company we have never heard of before and WOULD NEVER use, they are trying to bully and/or fraud people in to a false contract with them. Still hoping to hear from the owner and pretty sure she wont call back. Not happy they have obtained OUR personal information from the purchase of our new home and have drawn up a fake contract to sign/renew and text without permissions. Completely handling business with fraud, non privileged information and horrible customer service.

    Fon's Pest Management, ***** has been in business for 30+ years and we have approximately ****** customers. We are not in business to bully or fraudulently engage in Contracts with customers.Our only goal was to notify you what was available to you, which was a termite contract, since the contract follows the property not the customer. Your information was given to us from the seller and/or its realtor so we could notify you of the contract. A simple "no thank you" response to the letter you threw away was all we needed.
