    Visited this restaurant on 10/1/2023. It was a Sunday and brunch was being offered. I'm not big on shrimp so I asked if instead of shrimp and grits could I have fish and grits. I was told I could not make substitutions. I asked if I could order a filet of fish and an order of grits and was told yes. I asked the price and was told a filet of fish was about 5 dollars and a side of fish was ****. I ordered that. When I received the bill, the cost was *****. I was charged for the most expensive fish entree (Catfish ********) on the menu. It was more reasonable to add a side of fish to the shrimp and grits or charge for a catfish platter. I asked to speak with the kitchen manager, ******************* and she never came out. I spoke with a manager named ******* and was told there was nothing she could do. This is a restaurant that I visit often and over the last six months, the customer service has gotten worse and worse.
