      This is a sewer company provided to our subdivision by the developer building. They are to lift our sewer from our homes, transfer it to a treatment plant, and then it is disposed of properly. Starting January of 2023 their equipment began to fail. On several occasions the lift station or stations fail and raw sewerage is dumped into yards, ditches, and ponds. When made aware of this problem they pushed us off and placed a temporary pump. That pump moves from spot to spot and also is known to run out of fuel and no longer function. ********** does not do any preventative maintenance on their equipment. Past employees have told us they are told to patch and bandaid things to get by. Currently we have one lift station that is left wide open (safety hazard) with a temporary pump in place, another lift station that just two weeks ago spilled everywhere, and last week raw sewerage was dumped into a pond causing a fish kill. This company is not providing the service they are being paid to provide. The health and safety issues alone with not having properly function sewer is outrageous.
