    I received a gift certificate valued at $99 on October 2021. It expired in October 2022. I called and left multiple messages to schedule services and never had a return call. The website does not accept on line appointments anymore. And no one answers the phone.

    I was given a gift certificate for services equaling $99. Multiple attempts have been made to contact the vendor by phone, text, messaging and have received no response. Location has changed, but unable to locate it. The gift certificate was issued by *****************************/Owner. It has an expiration date 10/15/22. It was a gift from nurse directors for bosss day in 2021. Gift certificate #******-2. There are 3 other staff members I work with who also received gift certificates who have been unable to redeem them or contact the owner or her any member of her staff.

    Bought a package with a friend for facial, massage and foot soak in December. Made two appointments the first one was cancelled because of plumbing issues and the second one was cancelled because of illnesses with staff. At that point I asked for a refund especially since I was moving out of town. She said it wouldnt be a problem and to give it a few weeks. I did not receive the credit. I phoned the Spa again and a worker answered and she said she could handle because the owner was in the hospital. Still have not received the credit back to my credit card for $198.00. My friend that I was going to the Spa with called and went by the locations today. No return call and no one came to the door at the location. I will try to find emails regarding the appointments and then the text to cancel.

    To Whom It May ****************** site only allowed me to attach 4 docs and I have a total of 11 docs to attach. These documents only pertain to the second appointment made. I deleted the 1st set of correspondence with The Zen Den. I think our 1st appointment was supposed to be in June. I will send you that information hopefully tomorrow. As you can see in the email it is an automatic generated email saying we cancelled the appointments but that did not happen.

    I searched for another number for ****** and I did speak to her tonight. She again said she was going to give us a refund. I no longer live in the area to ******* will try again to pick up our refund that is past overdue.
