Mallet buildings do not stand behind their work Or warranty. My building is one year old. All the trim around the door’s buckled and warped. To the point it was rubbing on the roll up door. Their fix was to put random screws to hold bent trim off door just on one side.
I was told trim will not be replaced.
I referred a couple of people to them for buildings and was told I would receive $200 for the referral. I never received anything from them and after questioning them about it. I was told I would have to leave BBB review to get the $200 for the referral.

This customer is not telling the whole story. It would be hard for us to type all items that have occurred. If anyone wants to call or come by and look at the file so we can show you where he is not being truthful please feel free to come by. Or is there a way we can upload the documents to you along with a video explaining everything. For the record, 25 years in Business, A+ rating with BBB and over 25,000 buildings on the ground. Also look at all the other reviews. Sometimes some customers attempt to get something they are not entitled to by using these type of actions to get what they want almost like a threat.Review fromJeff G
