    In 2017, I purchased a new Daikin Air Conditioning/ Unit which was installed by AC Ambulance in March 2017.On June 25, 2022, I contacted ************************** to come out and service my unit as my home was not getting cool. They came out, but did not service it saying it was not installed properly, They gave me a letter indicating the issues. I contacted A/C Ambulance on 6/27/2022 and spoke with *******************, the owner. I provided the letter from Dream Team heating along with pictures. After numerous calls, he sent someone out on July 21, 2022. That person - *******; checked the unit and said he had to speak with the owner, but indicated that there were issues with the install. I have been trying to reach ********** since 7/21. I called at least 20 times with no resolution, My unit is under a 12 year warranty acknowledged by **********, so I don't know why he won't come out and repair my AC. He will also not "say he will not fix it". I'm in limbo at the moment. This compliant is not to be vindictive but to seek a remedy. I need help.
