    Company is a big scam, they sell aftermarket dials inside there watches. They will not notify you that there watches are aftermarket. I walked into Ron’s and pre ordered two Rolex watches. I received a date in which to come pick up the watches. The company failed to deliver on that date. I have them benefit of doubt and waited a little longer then received at text that the watch is ready for pickup. I then head to the store to pick up watch. The watch was completely different from what I asked for. Also the watch was after market the dial in the watch Rolex does not even produce from the factory. The company banks of the fact that the consumers are not knowledgeable about jewelry. That’s how they make there money by screwing the consumers. I have evidence to support these claims receipt, text etc. Anyways I then tell ** that this is not what I ordered. He asked me “what do I mean” then later said he will make it right. The company refunded me for the finance company loan that I took out to pay half. And out of pocket I paid 10k. Ron’s jewelers is failing to return my payment of 10,000 usd. They told me to do a chargeback through my and will not manually log into there pos system to return the money. Chargebacks take months and it’s no telling if I will win the chargeback. I constantly call ** and am told to contact bank when they still have the money even though he claims they don’t see it in there account. The money just didn’t disappear. I have evidence to support all of these claims the company will reply back to this feedback and try to downplay it and add there twist of how this unfolded.
