  I did not want to give even 1 star- when. you do a search for a locksmith, their ad says $40 but when you call in, they say $49. 95. I asked about the discrepancy and they said to look at their website where they said it says it depends on the time of day and location. So, I looked at their website where it prominently states that the rate is $49.95- it does not say it is $40, anywhere. I asked them (in text- their preferred method) where I could find the $40 rate on the website (as it does not look at all like they have a $40 rate, it looks like a bait and switch ($40 on the search, claim that "average price" is $40, but then the website states $49.95 is the "flat rate"- so how do they get this average? ))? I am a woman, I received a call back from a man who repeated the line that it says that it depends on the time of day (it was 5 PM ish when I called) and then he threatened me that he was going to have his driver abandon me if I said another word about it. So, I very sweetly told him that he is the "best" and hung up. they have a bait and switch scam- just call pop a lock, they are more professional. I was trying to support a local and likely family owned business and I regret it based on this man's behavior and retaliation when I was just asking for how to navigate to the pricing on their website- his defensiveness shows that he knows they are lying and using bait and switch-

  ?CRAP COMPANY, DO NOT RECOMMEND.My key got stuck in the deadbolt while I was locking my house. I contacted 2 companies who didn't have techs available and then Googled other companies and found this one. They said they could send ??someone out, they would send me a text to put in my address. It would be at least $75 and at least 45 minutes . I said that was fine because I was locked out of my house wearing only a swimsuit and towel, not even shoes. I had 4 ****** kittens inside who hadn't been fed dinner and was dog sitting uptown and my landlord was out of town. About 10 to 20 minutes later I got a call back saying it had come to their understanding that I contacted other locksmiths 1st, I said yes but they don't have anyone available tonight. The man said it's our policy to cancel appointments if someone's called another company's first so I've canceled yours no one is coming. What? I explain that it's not like they're going to get here and find another company got here first. He said it doesn't matter they don't play games like that whoever gets it gets it. I explain again that its not like I was juggling companies or estimates, no one else is coming out but he says he doesn't care and hangs up. I waited a few minutes and called back thinking that maybe he didn't understand. He says basically we don't want your business.If you have the audacity to call another company who is not available (or maybe their quote was too high, which wasnt the case, but makes me suspicious of a company who wont let you get an estimate from another company first), then you are *** calling another company? Now they have my address and know that I might not be staying there overnight? The man on the phone was so rude. I will remember this, and not only do they not want my business, but they don't want the business of anyone that I've ever met. I will actively tell people not to use this c*** company.
