In December of 2022 I contacted Arrow Pest Control because I discovered active termites at my home. They sent someone out in January 2023, who I paid $1,000.00 dollars to kill the active termites, and install the bait stations around my home. The employee said I would need 4 holes drilled into my concrete to add those specific bait stations. The rest of the stations were inserted into the soil around my home. The employee told me the active termite remediation would take ***** days. When a different employee came to drill the holes in the cement, he told me I only needed 2, and he only drilled 2, when I paid for 4. The ***** day job lasted 5 months! Not because of the termites, but because they wouldnt come for scheduled appointments. Id have to call them every time, and ask why no one came, and reschedule. One of the times they told me that the person said they came and no one was home. Im always home, Im a stay at home mom. Id always be here when I was supposed to have an appointment. We absolutely wanted this resolved ASAP so we could begin repairing the damage. They recently started contacting me about re-baiting the stations. I informed them that I no longer wanted to do business with them. They continued to call and text me to schedule an appointment, one time they said they were calling to confirm and appointment that I never scheduled. Today they sent a text that I would need to cancel in writing and that they would send someone to remove all the bait stations that I paid for. Then, within minutes of the text, another employee called me to schedule an appointment. She connected me to the person who sent the text. She said all this information was in a contract, a contract I never signed. I asked her to provide me with a copy of the contract where I had agreed to these terms, and she said she couldnt, because she doesnt have it! I paid for the stations, they are my property, if someone came to remove them, Id consider that theft.
