    Called Fitzs at 9:00 am ,they arrived at 1:30 pm . They went right to work on my problem . After 2 - hours all work completed and water back on . They just made the top of the plumbing list . Thanks for your help !

    I’m a tenant at a home in Harahan, Louisiana, my landlord called Fitz’z and got an appointment on oct 27 2022 @ 2:30pm. The young plumber whom Im sorry but I forget his name was on time within reasonable range of time, very well mannered, professional, efficient at his methods and work quality. After the repair was complete, my landlord paid the bill and left for lunch, myself and the plumber both stayed outside and chatted a few mins about the crimp connections and tools used, how long he’d been a plumber, where the business was located and where we both grew up. We both realized we grew up close in neighborhoods and that did some of the same things back in the day. I spoke to him about my inherited home where I grew up in Kenner that might need some inspection, checking with a pipe camera and that soon a new gas line would need to be installed for central air in the attic of the home. I asked about the difficulty of checking the drain line under the house with a camera and installing the new gas line, he was very informative and gave me a couple magnetic business cards. I’m soon going to be calling Fitz’s for the drain check, inspection of the plumbing under my house and install of the gas line as soon as I know where the a/c company will be installing the air handler so I know where the plumber can install the gas line. Great job to that young plumber!!! Though I’m a diesel mechanic I am the son of a plumber that worked in the Jefferson/Orleans parishes for 46yrs under the business name “A-1 Plumbing & Heating” so I’m very skeptical when it comes to plumbing work. I was very impressed by this young plumber with the quality, professionalism and friendliness that Fitz’s Plumbing Repair Service employees provide to customers and I’ll certainly be using them at my home and will recommend them to be used by anyone that wants quality, professional, speedy and decently priced work done that you can rely on for years with no comeback problems after the work is completed.
