    Horrible experience. Vinyltech left me feel me feeling less than worthy of the simplest dignity or respect.I paid 50% of the project when the work was completed (on a Tuesday). I pointed out areas of the roof the did not look uniform. I asked the Project Manager, *****, to give me 3 days (until Friday) to have roof inspected.On the 2nd day (Thursday) a 3rd party inspected my roof & advised me of minor areas that needed to be addressed.I called *****, on the 2nd day (Thursday) & advised of what the 3rd party found. I sent ***** a copy of what was given to me by the 3rd party. The ***** said everything was ok and he would send staff to address the areas of concern. Nobody ever came.On Sunday morning (Day 5), I hear someone on my roof, so I walk outside.***** said he is taking pics & doesn't see anything wrong. ***** then says, I just texted you the pics.Then, ***** asked if the 3rd party took pics. I say "yes, let me reach out the them so they can send them to me."While I'm trying to get the 3rd party on the phone to send me the pics, ***** tells me I need to pay him today. I say to *****, "the pics you sent me are not of the area of the roof that myself or the 3rd party pointed out. The ***** gets even more irate. Then he tells me, I'm difficult & that he is going to put a lien on my home. I'm thinking to myself, where is this coming from? It's day 5 since the work has been completed. You randomly show up, w/o addressing any of the areas Me or the 3rd party pointed out. So I could walk away from the extremely hurtful situation and convince ***** to leave my home, I asked the ***** to email me the link to pay the remaining balance. Thank God, he left. The same day, I texted ***** the 3rd party's pics.The same day, during evening hours, 2 men arrive and addressed the areas of the roof that needed repairs.I notified Vinyltech of the situation and was told I would receive a call. It never happened.

    Vinyltech helped me get my house back in order after Hurricane ***. My Vinyltech representative ***************** with the help of ***********************, fought my Insurance Adjusters for everything that was damaged on my house. Thanks to Vinyltech for all their hard work. I would also like to shout out to *********************** for installing my vinyl on my house back in 2006. Thanks ***** for all your help.**** and *************************

    We had vinyltech do our gutters on the house. They did an amazing job. Fast, friendly, and inexpensive. They cleaned up after the job as well.
