      Sunlight contractors repaired my flat roof in November of 2018. I paid in full and received a warranty of 15 years. I noticed a leak occurring in May of 2024. I called Sunlight and it took one week for them to come out and inspect the leak. The owner **** at phone number ************ agreed to do the repairs within 1 week. It has now been over six weeks and he has sent a couple of texts saying he is going to send a crew to repair. No one has come and he no longer answers my calls. I have contacted him on his other phone ************ and he told me he will get someone to make the repairs and still no one has come. He also no longer answers my calls on that number. My wife called him on her number and he answered and give her the same line about repairing our roof and still no one has come.

      We initially spoke to ****** the first time he called, telling us he had a roof leak. We told **************** what to do to not cause any damage to his home because we were extremely busy and could not get to his house right away.Unfortunately, ******* roof leak occurred during the summer months which is our busiest time of the year. We were booked out with jobs for about 2 months at this point keeping all of our workers extremely busy. ****** called repeatedly during this time frame and was not happy with the fact that we did not give him an exact date to fix his roof leaks. It took us about 6 weeks to get to his home.When we arrived at the property there were multiple roof leaks that had nothing to do with the leak that we fixed 4 years ago. When we fixed one leak for ***************, we were only liable for that one leak not any of the other leaks that were occurring.
      Regardless of this fact, we fixed Marvins roof leaks and proceeded to not charge him because of the warranty that we had in place for our work. We believe in customer satisfaction so even though the other leaks were not our responsibility we fixed those leaks up as best as we could.
      After we left Marvins home, he was happy with Sunlight Contractors and agreed to remove the review that he had posted on your site the BBB. This issue was fully resolved between ****** and Sunlight Contractors.
