    5/6/2024 This tree service called "McKenzie Tree Service" did not have my permission to touch the canopy of my 200-year-old live oak tree that is maintained by my arborist and roots trunk is on my property. He was hired by a new neighbor to cut, took out 1/3 of the canopy. New neighbor knew when they bought property of the canopy of this magnificent oak. We demanded McKenzie to stop, he ignored and continued to cut stating he has the right to cut anything over the property line, which is simply not true, even though he breached that invisible line by feet. No one has that right to cut if it jeopardizes the health of this live oak tree without owner's permission. I have hired an attorney for further legal remedies.
