    On Thursday, March 23 , I received a alarm , window break : from the golf course a ball shattered my window ! Year you and a half ago another ball crack my siding on my house . I called the country club again and told ******. She said she would speak to ******************* and they have daily meetings.. I have not heard anything.. however, I heard from ****** today on March 29 at 9:43 AM about the ball shattering my window. She say theres nothing that they can do for me about my window break and unfortunately this is what I have to live with since I live on a golf course. She didnt care , no questions, no response, or resolution!! what rights do I have? So if I keep living here everything the destroy on my home , I have to keep fixing it thats not fair.

    I am very sorry that ********************* ref:  ID ******** - is having a problem with a golf ball damaging her window, but Riverlands Golf and Country Club is not responsible for the damage.  She purchased a home on a golf course.  If she receives damage due to a golf ball, it is the responsibility of the person who hit the ball, not the country club.  Riverlands Golf and Country Club is not liable for the damage.
