    I had my oil changed here on 09-09-23. I have been using this place for years. The following weekend I took my car all the way to Orlando, FL. Which is a 12 hour drive. I got a text from my co worker that she noticed a large puddle of dark oil on the ground- and after watching security footage she confirmed it was after I had my oil changed. I quickly called the nearest toyota dealership that has a service center and drove my car there. They have a shuttle service that brought me back to the hotel. I got a call asking if my oil was changed at the dealership last and I explained no I do not live there- I told them where it was done. The person on the phone continued to explain that the place who changed my oil last over tightened the drain plug which caused them to crack my oil pan- then he said they also put a blue type of glue on there indicating they knew it was cracked. The person who helped me at the dealership's name was ****** I was told that if they had done the oil change they would be paying for the damage. I reached out to Master Lube as soon as I was back in town and sent them over via email a receipt and photos of the damage they caused. They never reached back out resolve the issue. I paid $1,223.22 for the oil pan and about $100 for my oil change because they also talked me into fixing a chip in my front window too.

    Sir we do not use any sealant to fix the pan and the customer stated we knew about leak but we didn’t or we would have solved the situation before we let the vehicle leave this may have been with someone else thanks

    i m not saying anything bad but you said that the tech in Florida said that we used silicone and we never do please come by and talk to me in person I’m the owner please bring your receipt and if you have the old part please come by and ask for me ******** ******* again I apologize if it is something we did, but responding to what you said it seems weird that you have been coming all these years and all of the sudden you uncounted this dilemma please come by and let me talk to you thanks also I wish you would have came by and reported to me in person instead of this place

    I seriously called as soon as I was able to! I asked to meet in person and set up a time with you! I was given this email by the “owner” to send all of my information to you! So I did, I called and left messages many times with no response. I had no choice but to do it this way!
