Even if its the smallest of problems, they always make me feel like I'm their top priority and best customer. Knowledgeable staff, quick service and fair pricing, all done by techs that feel like more like friends than service providers. Love that I when I call, I always get to speak to someone on the phone and not a machine or recording. Still delivering a high level of real customer service. Thanks for always being there and getting the job done right, and right away!

We have been using Synergy ITG for a few years now and they have been wonderful to work with. Jared is our Network Specialist, and he has been able to solve any and every problem we throw at him. Even more importantly, when one of us must call or email Jared with an issue, I don't feel like we are bothering him. He always makes us feel like we are his #1 priority. And if for some reason Jared cannot get to us right away, someone else on the Synergy team is able to jump in and help, which is great when you have a hectic law practice. I always recommend Synergy ITG to anyone needing IT help. They are the best!!!!Synergy Information Technology Group, LLC
