EZBIS is exactly what the name says; EASY! Computers and technology aren't my strongest gifting, but this system is so easy to work. The customer service is always a phone call away from helping you through a question you might have and are always friendly to talk to. They even find ways to literally get onto your computer and fix an issue for you! Their customer service is unmatched. I could not speak any higher on how supportive, kind and knowledgeable this company is. You have to use EZBIS for your office! You honestly will not find a better system and company that cares about your success just as much as you do!

I simply would not be able to practice if it weren't for EZBIS. The product itself is straight forward and easy to use but of greater importance to me is the absolutely outstanding customer service! I am borderline illiterate when it comes to computer use. The tech people are so very patient with me and kindly interface with my other support people to keep me going! The most recent issue involved a dying hard drive and the restoration of function. My primary tech support and the tech department of my credit card processor were left scratching their heads about the last restoration issue. EZBIS (in the person of Crystal) solved the problem within 5 minutes and we had a good chuckle afterward. I told her I would give her and EZBIS 20's on a 10 scale if there were a customer survey.....she sleuthed out this site for me. Thank you BBB for having this site available and many, many thanks to EZBIS for being there for me.EZBIS, Inc.
