  Amazing!! We wanted a custom built new home and Mr. ********* fulfilled our expectations. The entire process was smooth sailing…from the sub contractors to the involvements with the banks and lenders. Every question we had was fully explained into detail as new homeowners and put our mind at ease. We understood the process with NCF and understood our budget and with a custom built we knew what was in our budget and what wasn’t which made the process smooth and quick. I wish I could post pictures because just explaining doesn’t do it justice. Our custom doors were delivered and installed without a scratch, we got the specific color paint we wanted in the living rooms that took a while to come in stock, crown molding was done, no electrical or plumbing issues, custom flooring installed without issue along with our custom windows. We were referred Mr. ********* through a friend whose home he completed 3-4 years ago and was happy he and his team exceeded our expectations when it was our turn to start our home building process. As a new homeowner and building a home from the ground up my only advice would be PATIENCE! Especially if you want a custom build, it takes time for everything you want in your budget to arrive which could be a headache because weeks and months pass waiting on your materials to arrive but the finish result and seeing it installed is all worth it! I would refer Mr. ********* and his team to anyone who’s new to the home building process like we were and want their vision brought to life!

  Horrible, please do not do business with him. His work is horrible, he does not complete jobs, and he lies constantly. He took my money and never completed my house. My house would sit for months at a time and he would lie about the reasons as to why my house is sitting without any work being done. Finally after almost 1.5 after the time my house was supposed to be completed he admits that he doesn't have money to finish my home. We knew this the entire time but he would lie about it. He took all the money and used it for other things such as luxury cars, vacations, etc, so he didn't have money to complete my house. The money he received from the draws were never used to pay the subcontractors so we had several threats to put a lien on my home. My house has so many flaws and uncompleted projects, so much botched up work. My house is going on 2 years and is still incomplete. Please use someone else, he is a con artist and will get over on you. I have ran across so many individuals in the same position as me and their houses aren't complete as well or they had to use their own money to finish their homes. Overall, he will take your money and not finish your house. Please do not use him.

  Poor workmanship, the foundation is out or square and is full of honey combs. The floors was 2-1/2 out of level.. The front and back porch leans.Many of the walls and windows was not plumb and straight. The cathedral ceiling had to be torn down because it was sagging. The one of the garage wall was built on the brick ledge - wall not straight. Missing a dormer that was on the blue print. According to the contractor all of this was "cosmetic " and would fix later. Too much poor workmanship, could not continue with this contractor. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR.

  Company built a new home for me in 2020. Been having electrical problems, the paint cracking, the the floors starting to cracking in different places in the house. After you do business with them, they won't take your calls . We'll after they receive there check for building the house. You can forget about the company taking your call for coming back out and repairing or replacing anything . Bad decision. Wish I would have used another home builder . Company, do built very nice homes , built them fast . But so many problems with the home after you move in . Bad wiring, cracking ceiling, floor cracking, and the list goes on.
