  Took pre employment drug screening tests a month ago , still never was able to see my own results. Called the MRO the results were sent too , got a phone call from a scamming phone number saying I failed my hair folicle drug test when ever that person was not my MRO and shows up as fraud when I type in the number on Google. And still have not seen my own results from the pre employment drug test. Only reliable source that said they sent back negative tests was the MRO that told me they sent back negative tests but they did not have my hair follicle sample to test. Just want to make sure nothing is flagged on my name due to results I still haven’t received a month afterwards.

  Response:If you were informed that you would be receiving a copy of your employment test result records, please follow up with the person or organization who set that expectation. The collection facility is not a custodian of test result records.

  Response: Our records indicate that you returned to the collection facility(in June)to discuss the legitimacy of your assigned MRO and at that time a DISA representative confirmed that the MRO you engaged is a Certified MD and MRO. It is common for Primary MRO’s or MROs of record to contract additionalMRO’sto support donor engagement. Your assigned MRO’scredentials can be validated here:****************

  Response: Request for copies of employment drug test results should be submitted to the relevant employer. The collection facility is contracted to collect the specimen, prepare it for shipment, and release it to a courier. You were informed that the site did not have access to your test results when you returned(in June)to discuss the validity of your Hair Test result.

  Response:Per University Services, you engaged the MRO regarding Hair Test results on or about 05/20/2024. Additionally, you discussed your final hair test results with Mr. Toups when you returned to the collection facility(in June).

  Response:On or about 05/20the MRO confirmed your results and instructed you to contact DISA’s RTD Department at the conclusion of your interview. Our records indicate that when you returned to the collection site (sometime in June) Mr. Toups advised to contact DISA’s RTD Department to further discuss your results, as of 07/02/2024 there is no record of your outreach to RTD.  If you are concerned about any flags on your name due to the test results, please contact DISA's RTD Department.
