      This company has very poor practices in place. They do not warn before cutting off your electricity. Every company I have been with before gives ample notice before just shutting off your power. That is a very unsafe practice in Louisiana where temperatures soar well into the 90s and 100s consistently. I also apparently had a payment returned because my bank thought it was fraud. They never sent me a notice via mail or email that the payment was returned, and I never received a notification that my power would be shut off if not payed by a certain date. Their company is overall shady and I would recommend working with any other company if you have the option. Unfortunately, they are the only one who services my location, and they are terrible at it. They do not communicate at all. Never received a phone call, text, email, letter, anything. They just do what they want at the expense of anyone of which they can take advantage. I would rate them at 0 stars if possible.
