On April 12, 2025, I received a nanoblading and powder brow procedure from Brow Lash Nails Artistry, performed by the owner, Chloe. The service was initially quoted at $550 for nanoblading, but during my appointment, Chloe pressured me into an upsell for an additional powder brow procedure, increasing the total to $600.

Within three weeks, approximately 85% of the pigment faded, including the area Chloe specifically claimed would benefit from the upsell. I also experienced scarring in that region. At 6 weeks, the pigment is 95% faded. This degree of fading and scarring is unacceptable for a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure — especially when the provider claimed touch-ups might not even be necessary.

When I contacted Chloe about the fading and visible gaps, she quoted $199 for a touch-up, despite having documented $125 on a form (which I fortunately photographed). When I politely raised this, Chloe became verbally hostile, insulted the appearance of my eyebrows, frequently interrupted me, and dismissed my concerns.

After I left a public review describing my experience, Chloe offered a free touch-up on May 19, 2025, to make amends. I accepted, as all I wanted was a properly completed service. She later pushed to reschedule earlier, but I explained my skin was still painful at 3 weeks. When I asked to confirm closer to the date — a reasonable, health-related request for a semi-permanent invasive procedure — Chloe rescinded the offer and told me not to return.

    This business has shown:
    - Deceptive upselling
    - Failure to deliver promised services
    - Disregard for client health and safety
    - Unprofessional, abusive customer service
    - Refusal to resolve the matter amicably

I made a final good faith effort on May 19, 2025, requesting a $600 refund via text with a deadline of May 21. No response was received. I formally request a full refund, urge the BBB to downgrade this business's BBB rating. $25 was the deposit fee and the $575 was paid via Zelle in person.
