Avoid this facility at all cost. They charged me $75 copay before calling me to the back. My reason for being there was written on the check in sheet. I was in the room for literally 5 min, the doctor tells me " Unfortunately theirs nothing I can do for you we have no way of checking we don't have an Ultrasound machine, you will need to go to the Emergency room up the road. I asked him why did he even call me to the back if he knew there was nothing he could do for me, and I need a refund. He responded he would send an Email requesting a refund. I called the internal billing department 3 times, and today the 4th time they tell me I will NOT be getting a refund because they took my vitals.

Criminal overbilling. We visited for urgent care. Their website promises that the maximum out of pocket, excluding certain services, is $200. We paid our $70 copay and waited 3 hours. When finally seen, our visit lasted only a few minutes. The doctor refused to provide us care and instead sent us to the emergency room. We begged for an xray and for her to have a look, but she said no.
A few months later we received a bill for $642.66. I have called and complained at least 4 times now. BestMed says they have reviewed the claim through some form of Audit, and found nothing wrong with the charges. I continue to receive bills from them, but they never explain what I am being charged for except "Office outpatient visit NEW". BestMed is breaking the law by advertising a $200 maximum out of pocket bill and charging more than $400 over, and they are overbilling for a 5 minute visit where we were refused care. Their business practices need to be reviewed by the State AG and the DHHS.

I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO HELP MY SON RECEIVE A REFUND FOR A PAYMENT HE MADE FOR MONTHS NOW. I HAVE YET TO GET A RESPONSE. I HAVE TRIED THEIR OFFICE, THEIR ONLINE CONTACT US FORM MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEIR ONLINE CHAT SERVICE IN REGARDS TO PAYMENTS. I JUST KEEP GETTING TOLD IT IS BEING REVIEWED. HIS INSURANCE HAS ALREADY ADVISED US THAT WE SHOULD NOT HAVE PAID OR OWED ANYTHING IN OFFICE.

My experience with BestMed was absolutely awful. DO NOT GO TO A BEST MED CLINIC!!!I looked up their website and saw they handled simple fractures and stitches. I had injured my thumb and believed I likely needed treatment for a possible broken bone and probably stitches. So I scheduled an appointment. The Nurse Practitioner I saw was pleasant and told me she didn't really feel comfortable treating thumbs and referred me to the *** She specifically told me to contact the billing department in case they tried to bill me for a regular visit. So I left and went to the ** and was treated and sure enough, had a clean break and needed stitches. Nothing complicated. Later, after being billed $370.40 for the privilege of having my blood pressure checked and being told to go to the ** instead, I called and explained my situation. I'm nearly 1 year later at this point and they refuse to make any adjustments claiming they have every right to charge me this full amount. I've called over ********************************************************************************* the decision making process. At this point, I believe it they are committing fraud and that their website participates in false advertising. I've now filed a report with Oregon's Department of Justice in hopes of getting them shut down.

I went in with a synisis infection yet they misdiagnosed me and tried giving me a strep test along with a covid test. Then the doctor on the tela med system they have said I either have allergies or covid. That's a juristic difference I don't have any symptoms of covid besides conjustion. And I take allergy meds daily. After I didn't accept the diagnosis I went into the lobby for discharge papers. where the front desk people were giving misinformation about wait times to get other people to agree to the tela med system. When I was there they said it'd be a 3 hr wait with 9 people ahead of me, so they gave me the tela med option. A younger male was at the desk and they told him the same thing expect there were only 4 people ahead of the man. Yet his wait time was 4 to 5 hr estimated by the front desk lady, who promptly suggested the tela med option. ( please note this tela med option is really just facetiming doctor and getting misdiagnosed)

Please see the review below I left a few places for ******************* in ************ ******. Never in my 40 years of life have I ever had an experience like my 13 year old daughter and I had today. This is unacceptable and unprofessional behavior for a medical office. What's the point of having an office if they aren't going to do anything except make things HARDER than what already is. They have no idea what some people are going thru, they could just tip someone off the edge. I hope someone can at least reach out to them, to let them know there IS accountability in this state. Thank you so much for all you do."This place is HORRIBLE. Staff are rude, and the doctor even worse. Wouldn't check out my daughter for a service they DO provide, because they thought their uneducated guess was the best option, before even hearing us out. Front desk lady grossly rude as soon as we walked in, nurse had an attitude and was unhelpful, doctor was the worst of all. She looked as if she just rolled out of bed, and came out in immediate defense mode and didn't even let us ask a question about what we were needing. The service they DID in fact provide, and turned us away to ER to pay $300 more because they wanted to play mean girls club trying to bully people away. DO NOT go here, it's a waste of time and these people are not professional whatsoever."
