The entire process from the initial meeting, to the product selection and most importantly the job being completed were all done professionally. Brandon was always available for my questions either through text, email or calls and he took the time to explain to me the entire process of getting a fortified roof. The crew that came to do the work were not only professional but were fast, tidy and respectful to both me and my neighbors. Brandon was on scene the entire time to ensure the job would be done correctly. I have and will continue to recommend Thin Blue Line Construction to all my friends and family.

Brandon and his crew replaced our roof and fascia capping, I must say that they we are thrilled with the results. Brandon and Simon were very professional in their customer satisfaction paying attention to all details. There crew was meticulous in cleaning up after the job. Our new roof looks amazing and so does our new fascia capping. I would definitely recommend Thin Blue Line Construction !

    Terrible experience.
Hired to build, frame and seal a 6 ft. hall between 2 buildings to connect them. It is not fully sealed. It is crooked. It is not framed properly. Put siding to where i couldn't open my breaker box. (He had to cut the siding out) Too many discrepancies to put in a review.
It took me a while to leave this because I wanted to word it properly, honestly and was a bit afraid of getting him mad. At this point, whatever. I'm so upset over this sorry job, every time I walk through it, that I couldn't wait any longer.
I SO regret that I paid him one red cent. The main reason i DID pay him was because I was a afraid of what he might do because of the way he left my house in such anger; slamming my doors saying, " if I broke it I'll buy you a new one". The job was wrong from day one.
Everyone that has seen this hall has fussed at me for hiring and then paying him because it came out so bad and so amateur. No matter how many fancy tools and materials you have it doesn't make you a good carpenter.
Extremely disappointed in both the job and the owner. What a joke. A+ with the BBB and 5 star review? I honestly don't know how. All the certifications he has surely couldn't have been gotten from actual jobs done.
Totally amateur. NEVER again. He should be ashamed of himself in more ways than one.
I have pics and video to back all this up not to mention the actual joke of a job that I have to try to make right.
I also regret accepting a SMALL amount of 'free' material because not only did he throw it in my face over and over when I complained about the work, he threatened to take it back after it was on my wall. I told him to go ahead take it back but of course he didn't.
All the smooth and kind sounding words that come out of his mouth were bull in my situation. He does NOT know how to do a proper job. Not this one anyway, and seems to think way too much of himself.
His words, 'I knew I shouldn't have taken this *-ing job'.
    Seriously????

Thin Blue Line Construction Inc.; hereafter referred to as company, was NOT “hired to build, frame, and seal a hallway between two buildings”. Copy of contract was submitted to BBB for verification. Agreement of work for labor only between homeowner and company to build elevated deck (walk path as stated in agreement) between two buildings and company to Donate metal roof material to build a cover. It also states that company would donate if available drop pieces of lumber from company’s warehouse and build as much as possible a wall. Contract also states any additional material to complete walkway would have to be provided by customer. Company Donated “FREE” all additional labor and materials (lumber, plywood, subfloor, joists, insulated vinyl siding, 26 gauge PBR panel roof covering, roof underlayment, door casing and trim materials, hardie trim, instillation of A/C unit and the materials to trim opening and more) to complete a fully enclosed walkway to go from one building to the next despite this being above and beyond the contractual agreement. The buildings floor level are approximately 8 inches different in height making floor naturally sloped as customer requested slope due to needing it to be walker safe and accessible. Company applied homeowner provided insulation on interior walls of walkway. Company was “strong armed” the entire process by customer, as customer would state “you are not leaving the interior unfinished” and threatened to leave bad reviews if company did not perform additional free work after donating approximately $4000 of materials and $1800 of additional free labor. Customer also sent text message on 09/05/2024 to company four days after posting review demanding more free work or money from company. Thin Blue Line Construction,INC. appreciates all of its customers and has their back as our company service mark is “WE’VE GOT YOUR SIX” and is the reason we continue to strive for excellence, integrity, and honesty; but, company will not be threatened and “strong armed” to do free work. Thin Blue Line Construction,INC. will continue to help out the local community where it can. Company hope’s any potential customers read this and the proof provided to understand the nature of this review and its ill intent. We want to thank you Acadiana for the continued support of our business and look forward to serving many customers in the future providing quality materials and labor at an affordable price.

We had to find a construction company to come fix our kitchen floors when we realized the upgrade we initially planned on was going to be a much bigger project to include subfloor work, insulation, and new windows. Thin Blue Line Construction is who we contacted due to their promise of quality work. Brandon came out with his team to give a free quote and help us figure out the financials. His team was professional, friendly and punctual. It ended up being a very large construction effort that was completed in a timely manner. However, a few months after completion there were some minor issues that arose with the finished product. Once identified, without hesitation, Brandon returned with his team to remedy the issues quickly while also footing the bill. We have heard many horror stories about contractors not standing behind their work or their word...Thin Blue Line Construction is a company that stands behind their promise to give peace of mind to make sure the job is done right. We couldn't ask for better customer service. We will recommend and use this company again in the future without hesitation! In fact, we are in the process of getting an estimate for a new roof from Thin Blue Line Construction.
