Agree with the other customer review. The "manager" Kasie is the most rude and unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. They were late delivering early picking up and way over charged me. On top of that I found out after I rented from them that the two owners kasie and Daniel scammed one of my customers out of hundreds of thousands of dollars. Wish I had read this review before I used them for daiquiri machine rentals.

HORRIBLE service! $125 per day rental & I would have to pay 3 day rental as the company was closed on Sun. Also had to rent the electrical cord for $25 per day, in addition to bags of ice. A free $50 resin ice vat was thrown in as a wedding gift. We rented the ice trailer on Fri due to the rehearsal dinner scheduled that evening and we needed to ice down beer and drinks for that event. At 3:30 p.m. that Friday, I called Kasie, Mgr., and asked why the ice trailer had not arrived yet to which she stated we were last on the list to deliver due to an evening event. I explained we needed to ice down our drinks before the rehearsal started at 5:30 pm. At 4:45 pm, the driver called me to say he was on his way to drop off the ice trailer and I explained we had already purchased multiple bags of ice because he was so late. By the time he arrived, we were already in rehearsal practice so he dropped off the ice trailer and left. On Sunday morning, the ice trailer was gone before 9am from the venue as well as the resin container and remaining ice bags. I called Kasie first thing Monday morning and she said the driver was told to pick up the trailer on Sunday by someone at the venue; reminder:: we were all in rehearsal when the driver arrived AND the company is closed on Sundays which is why I was charged an extra day’s rental! I had to request a refund and it took 2 phone calls and two requests to speak to the manager/owner before I was told I would get a refund of one day…NOT!!! I requested Friday and Sunday refunds, as well ad the cord rental for 2 days and after an additional 2 phone calls, I was finally told I would be refunded 2 days trailer rental, no remaining ice bag refund and no cord refund. It seems that the “free” resin ice vat “congratulations” gift was no longer “free” and exchanged for the cord rental if $25 for the extra 2 days. Also, due to Covid regulations, I was not able to receive credit for all of the left over ice bags taken with the trailer. HORRIBLE!
