    Stuller has dishonest pricing practices. When an order for milled products, such as gold sheet or wire, is placed with Stuller. They offer an estimated price. That is normal in that other suppliers also offer an estimate and the price can change slightly based on final WEIGHT. However Stuller also changes your cost based on their gold price(!) Your metal price is not locked in when you place the order and your cost can increase wildly by the time they get a chance to ship your order. This happened to me repeatedly, making me lose on sale’s when materials are purchased through Stuller- there is no way to know when they will fill the order and how much more expensive it will be than what you agreed to pay at checkout. Conveniently for Stuller, the price is somehow always more, not less than the price you agree to at checkout. Customer service will smigly point out your cost was more because it was “an estimate,” and blame the shipping option you selected. But they don’t seem to understand with normal suppliers an estimate refers to final metal weight, not the metal cost when the supplier fills the order.
    Their customer service is passive aggressive, even insulting.
    I wish Stuller was trustworthy in their pricing. The way the currently do things makes it impossible for me to control my profit margin on sales.

    I wish I could give Stuller zero stars. I’ve been dealing with Stuller through Helzberg; still without my rings even though we ordered them April 17th and they were promised to be completed and shipped to Helzberg Fargo by May 7th. I called them directly to file a formal complaint and every person I spoke with wanted to pass the blame to Helzberg. They also seemed shocked that I called them directly as a client - we’re the payees! Unfortunately I can’t ask to return them as they are custom and we wrote a check; they are paid in full. I can’t even begin to describe how angry I am at Stuller after all the money we’ve spent. I feel like we got swindled. They just took our money and can’t explain where my rings went. Awful customer service. Never again.

    I ordered an engagement set through a local jeweler and they happen to use Stuller as a supplier.
    It took almost 6 weeks to get the set and when it came the band was a size smaller than the ring. The jeweler sized the ring up but the band still did not fit with the ring. Stuller agreed to refund for the band but now I was left with half of an engagement set.
    The ring had many small diamonds and just 2 days after I got the ring there was a diamond that looked brown. The jeweler cleaned the ring and it looked normal again until a day later when the same diamond looked brown again. The diamond was finally removed to see what the problem was and I was told there was some sort of fragment under the diamond that was causing the discoloration. This was "fixed" and I got the ring back. It turned brown again.
    The ring went back to Stuller for them to look at, over 6 weeks later they decide that they will make a new ring for me.
    I have no more love for this ring. I bought it to hold two heirloom diamonds of mine and expected to wear it the rest of my life, I wanted a refund.
    Now Stuller expects me to trust them to make a ring of quality? I still don't have a band to go with the ring.
    Stuller is able to reuse the gold and diamonds from this ring, why not refund me?
    So here I am, 8 MONTHS after purchasing an engagement set and I am left dealing with a company that does not care about their customers.
    So frustrated and sad.

    Long story short, I purchased a laser engraver machine for $31,000 it was a nightmare just trying to get a refund. Unfortunately, I did not get all of my money back. The machine did not function the way they promised, especially for the price. I recently bought another machine for $8,000 and it is ten times better everything about it from initial interest to final sale.Definitely look to other companies before this one believe me you don't want to go through the stress with this company.
