    He charged us 75$ to a one time cut that he agreed upon, and has then came back twice without letting us know. Once on 6/13/2024 where I spoke to the owner himself where he called me names because "people who ask for one time cuts are sketchy" Even though he is the one who agreed to said terms. Told him to please don't come back. All was fine up until 7/26/24 where they came back and we proceeded to once again let them know we do not want this service. The employees left. Thought there was no problem up until just now where we received a invoice for 45$ of a service they didn't complete. Owner is super sketchy and tries to intemidate people who call him out.

    Sorry about this situation. I am the owner of the company and we take this matter very seriously. I want to personally apologise about this matter. After careful investigation I have tracked the matter back to a software issue with it not being removed from our routing software. The invoice has been removed and account reflects a zero dollar balance. Although it is expressed you have spoken to me directly I am showing no record of this and truly believe it was a previous manager that fielded the phone call. But besides this I hope we can rectify this situation do to the technological issues. As with any software there comes issues and although this is not an excuse, it is justified an apology. I'm sorry for any inconvenience and the account has been rectified and fixed. Once again I apologise for any inconvenience. Your account is zeroed out and has been closed.
