    Around mid September 2022, I signed up for Sunday newspaper delivery with the Daily Advertiser. As of today, November 6, I have never received a single newspaper.

    I have called repeatedly. The calls either stay on hold for a long time then hang up; have a message that there are delivery changes and hangs up; or is directed to a person in India, reading a script that promises to correct the problem.

    I have emailed them repeatedly. No response.

    And I have signed in online and reported the problem through my account. No respones.

    I have been charged October 1 and November 1, but no paper, and there seems to be no way offered by the business to resolve this.

    Ideally, I want to start receiving my papers as agreed (Sunday papers, delivered on Sunday) and credited for papers not received. If they cannot do this, then please cancel my service, stop billing me, and refund my money.

    The Daily Advertiser regrets the frustration experienced by this subscriber.  We've escalated this matter to our distribution leadership team for review and correction.  We spoke with the customer, informed them of the steps taken to resolve these delivery issues, provided a courtesy credit, and direct contact information in case further assistance is required.

    I have contacted them on several occasions about non-delivery. They told me that they would take care of it right away. Repeatedly (Lied). No one called us back or delivered my papers. Request a total refund of 90.00 which was paid for a year of Sunday papers only. Have not seen one yet.

    I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive my Sunday paper on 12-11-22. This has been going on since August and has still not be resolved. I hear the same thing over and over that this situation is going to be resolved and it never happens.
