    Outstanding Experience at Joseph and Swan Eye Center My husband and I recently visited Joseph and Swan Eye Center at 214 South City Pkwy Ste 101, Lafayette, LA 70503. We were thoroughly impressed. Dr. Kevin R. Swan, MD, and his team provided an exceptional consultation that was stress-free and highly informative. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Rebecca, Brittney, Tara, and Becky, who exemplified the phrase “service with a smile.” Their professionalism and expertise were evident as they confidently answered all our questions. Rebecca, our exam specialist, was outstanding, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Dr. Swan himself was remarkable—professional yet approachable, embodying that kind of old-fashioned medical care that is often missing in today’s services. He and his team were attentive to our needs and even considered our out-of-pocket costs without us having to ask, which was genuinely appreciated. We left feeling confident that we were in the best of care. A special thank you to LA Eye Care for referring us to such a great practice the Joseph and Swan Eye Center made the process leading up to my husband’s surgery much less stressful. We are grateful for their exceptional service and care.
