      8/31/23 Nick came out to check for leaks job half way complete. I thought that the price was very high but Paid thinking that Mr, Dereke ****** had a heart and would complete his work. *** ************ **** check for clearance. Fine he email the ***** *** to come out to place Meter back and turn gas on. Come to fine out still another Leak. ***** *** spoke to Mr. Dereke about gas leak. I've called Dereke 8/31/23 and ask if they would come to check. He stated yes. Noone came. On 9/1/23 called Aucoin's plumbing and ask for Dereke to call me, I had to call several times until finally we spoke. He was willing to send Nick out again with a price of 125.00 again. When he was paid for services done on 8/31/23 before ***** *** staff spoke to him. But Dereke still looking for $125.00. Dereke stated that Nick would come to open Valve for in attic. As of 4:24pm No One has come. His service is Horrible and Very Ungrateful. Not worried about Satisfying the customer, His main concern was Money. And Was Referral by ****** from ***** ***. Stating he was reasonable for Low Income People. He does not have heart. And I stated to him Iwas not giving him anymore funds for uncompleted work. But did tell him (Dereke) that I will Leave This situation to God because He Will Do A Better Job than I. It's In His Hands. The Best Place To Be with Jesus. Amen.

      About 6 or 7 years ago I had Aucoin's plumbing replumb my master bedroom. When the hooked up the toilet they did not hook it up to the cold water they hooked it to the hot water. I have been doing business with them for 8 or more years. Derick told that he would get it fixed next time they come out. Well it never got done. It keep ruining the insides to the of the toilet and now the wax ring need replaced because of the hot water.
      I started calling yesterday to get this fix. Well today I get a phone call from the new owner and he told me that he did not think he could do anything about it. I explained to him the Derick keep telling me he was going to get it fixed.
      I told him if he did not fix it would post on a nasty comment on facebook and he told me to do it
      Well he lost a customer over not backing up the work that was done to my house and I will make sure our business does not use him again.
      I feel that I should not have to pay for hot water being hooked up to my toilet, so I am venting
