      The short and sweet: A Phenomenal team of experts who put the customers experience and service first and foremost.
      Who am I: A homeowner with roughly 15 years of basic Plumbing knowledge.
      Who did I interact with at Next Plumbing: Becka, Logan, Alex and his Apprentice, Ty.
      The work requested: Water Heater replacement, or upgrade to tankless water heater with a potential of water softener and descaler installed.
      I reached out to 3 different companies and chose Next Plumbing. I will say right off the bat, that I was absolutely sticker shocked on how much the work was going to cost. But, the price quoted between all 3 companies was nearly identical. However, Next Plumbing offered a whole lot more bang for my buck, had a much higher level of communication and a far superior method of conveying quotes. Quotes were emailed to me through a system that also offered financing options. The application process was incredibly easy as well as more tolerant of my credit history then one of the other companies. Initially, I thought I would only be able to receive funding for a mere water heater replacement. After the financing process, I was approved for enough to be able to go tankless with a water softener and descaler. However I chose to keep the descaler as an option for later service. With funding occurring the same day as install, Alex and his assistant Ty had shown up with a water heater. Upon arrival and much discussion, we decided that tankless was my better option. Alex did not hesitate to shift gears quickly. They returned the water heater to their supplier, picked up a tankless and water softening system from their home base, came back (same day) and knocked out the bulk of the work without hesitation and perfect demeanor. Though the work was straightforward, challenges presented themselves along the way from unseen conditions which they handled effectively and without changing their cost. I am exceedingly happy with my technician, Alex, and his team at Next Plumbing.
