  Came to clean out a clog deep in the pipes behind the kitchen wall. Removed everything under the sink to do it. Cut the wire for the garbage disposal. Left. GM won't make it right. Dude says video from five minutes before the tech left shows no snipped wire. For $350, the clog is gone! But now I'm getting a new disposal and hiring an electrician. I knew I should have gone with *** ********. I knew it. This was my second bad experience with RR, so I guess shame on me, right? One star for fixing the original problem. Minus all the starts for the ole fix and snip. I wish I had Robert or Malcom. I hear they were great. They probably work for ***, now.

  Absolute nightmare to deal with. Technicians smelled like weed when showing up and complained the whole time. It was a headache to deal with all week. I was way too involved with the work and it had to be redone 4 times after it was done incorrectly. Would not recommend this company.

  I needed to replace my gas hot water tank so I contacted Roto-Rooter of Lafayette for a quote. Robert came out and gave the quote along with a very well expectation of what the job entailed. They were able to schedule the job for 2 days later. The tech who did the job was Malcolm and he was awesome! He seemed very young but it was clear that he knew what he was doing. Like Robert, he was very polite and professional. When Atmos gas came out they said that there was water in the gas line and advised I needed it to be flushed out before they could turn the gas on. I reached out to Robert and he was on it right away. He came with equipment and flushed the line at no additional charge. Turns out there was no water in the line so he took the time to get an Atmos technician to look at it with him. He was here 3 hours and turns out that the water was actually in the gas meter. He stayed until the meter was changed and gas back on. He made sure it was safe before he left. I know he had other jobs to get to but he put my safety first and I can’t thank him enough. You can trust Roto-Rooter to do a great job and see it thru to the very end. I highly recommend this company. People like Robert and Malcolm are the reason they’ve been in business so long!
