    I would like to be contacted by management.....I was solicited by **** and ******* prior to Monday memorial day 5/28....They were in my neighborhood and knocked on my door.....Hibbard Roofing....no logo on vehicle so i asked for certificate of insurance and i was provided with it. I was verbally told they work with insurance and accept what insurance covers.....I sent my delectation page of insurance coverage....I was then contacted 5/28, yes memorial day, by **** and my insurance would only cover $2200/2500 of replacement of roof.....and yes insurance did also contact me with that same amount....."insurance only covered /$2200/2500 and my replacement cost was $11,322......as the conversation escalated and feeling very pressured.....need to pay for materials up on delivery....then pay infull up front bc i was trying to get out of paying for roof.......and i need to confirm or cancel contract which would still cost me $2500......i have not paid Hibbard anything but was told i would be sent to collections agency if i did not reply in 4 weeks (from 5/28).....I would like to resolve this

    Upon finding out Ms. ******* concerns in her complaint filed Thursday May 30, I immediately called her to address the issues she was having. According to her insurance company’s scope of loss for her claim, she had non-recoverable depreciation and she was not understanding the claim payouts, deductible, and non-recoverable depreciation. I explained all of the insurance claim information with her in great detail until she was understanding what her insurance company was covering for her claim. I also apologized for any misunderstanding and frustration she may have felt in conversations prior to speaking with me directly and that I would address those concerns within our company. After our conversation, she expressed that she did understand everything with her insurance claim at that point, and also that she would like to continue to do business with me. I expressed my gratitude to her and that I would continue to strive to achieve the best outcome possible for her roofing project that would be satisfactory to her. At the end of the conversation, she said that I had addressed all of her concerns in her compliant. We also talked about shingle colors and picking out selections when she was ready to proceed. On Friday, May 31,  I spoke with her the again on the phone, specifically to see if she had any additional questions or concerns. I gave her my cell phone number and established a direct line of communication for her to be able to reach me promptly with any other questions she may have.
