    Placed order July 29 of $161.25, the order was delayed due to an internal glitch. After reaching out, I had received order a few days later than anticipated. However, one of the order was incorrect, and I had reached out to Optimal Print where the agent offered replacement or refund of $35.79. I accepted the refund and was told it will appear in the next 3-7 business days but they do not send email confirmation for the refund nor have a reference or incident number. On Aug 11, I received $8.00 only. I reached out to the business and was told to wait another 24-48 hours for the full amount to show up. I waited full 3 business days before reaching out again. I was told by a new agent that I was only due for $25.79, and I should have received an email. I’m being told this has been escalated to internal teams, however every agent so far has told me the same. She then proceeds to tell me my incident number and to expect an email. I’ve had many follow-ups due to delay and incorrect order, but stories have been inconsistent and I still have not received full refund. This company is a scam.
