    I ordered two model 3000 touch plate relays from ralphs of lafayette, inc. through ****. I received only one. I contacted them , but they insisted they sent two. there where not two in the shipping box. I just want them to ship me the other relay I paid for

    I ordered 2 3000 touch plate lighting  * ************ from Kenneth Martin/Ralph's Electric # C337. One was received but not the second. I am just trying to get reimbursed or have them send me the second like I wanted.

    We take pictures of all of our **** orders before we ship

    We sent customer a picture of the 2 pcs sent to him along with the packing slip

    My inventory is correct
