    Brand new Caddilac ct4v blackwing was poorly coated in a few areas. Pictures they used were too far from car too see damaged coating. When I picked up car, it was cloudy with no direct sun. This damaged coating areas could not be seen until car was pulled out of my garage on sunny day. (It did stay in garage until sunny day as i dont take it out in the rain). Still didn't have 500 miles. It was paint corrected by fineline prior to edge accepting it as ready to coat, as first attemp i told edge i didnt want to blow that kind of money if the car wasnt ready to properly coat. 2nd try, he accepted car even replying how great of a job they (fineline) did with buffing. After ceramic application errors, I had to take it to the professionals at fineline to correct the messed up ceramic that edge blamed the buffers on, and told me many times the only way to correct it is to take it back to buffers they would have to rebuff car. Edge kept crying "high spots", which by ceramic definition is in short "a botched up ceramic coting application" These people at edge also mislead me to think I was paying for the system X diamond lifetime ceramic, but after edge started the blame game, I Tried to register my coding at system x website, where it would not register. I then contacted system X, who told me it would not register because EDGE told them it did not use system X. edge told them they used gtechniq. I contacted Gtechniq, and they sent me an email stating that edge could not use, warranty there product. Also, after speaking with the secretary on the phone for 8 or so minutes, she then decides to tell me she's recording our conversation.... Get EVERYTHING in writing, and have your phone recording, because the outcome was completely different than promised after they got a complaint with pictures and proper information. They even blocked me from warning other unsuspecting people on car picture used on thier FACEBOOK !!!!!!!
