    My former landlord Mr Jack Manuel put me out Due to retaliation I was forced out my home 9/14/2023 mr jack Manuel unknowingly came to my home on a tractor and my dogs chased the tractor in my back yard so he put me out and refused to return my $800 deposit the agreement was I would leave and he will return my deposit it’s almost March. He keeps stating he will pay me my deposit be won’t meet me to give it to me. Then when I told him I’ll take him to court he stated have my lawyer call him and will not respond to anymore of my messages or phone calls. This has really set me back! I texted last time I believe he thought I was my old neighbor which was moving same time due to his new wife not liking dogs he answered me back stating he would take money out my deposit for fleas whick I never had but my neighbor did but once he figured out it was me he ignore me repeatedly then told me have my lawyer call I have all the text he refused to let us know when he would be on the property I have one text when i was leaving that he was coming not one before and came numerous times sent ppl in our home with no warning and I need my deposit back

    The tenant was evicted by the Moss Bluff Justice of the Peace for not following rules and tearing up my apartment. She can have her lawyer contact me.
