    On may 29 2025 i went to a good day farms in lake charles. My husband (disabled veteran) went in to pay for his prescription with my card. They ran my card twice at which it declined the 2nd transaction. My card was charged i showed multiple "managers" the approved tansaction from my banking app while on the phone with the bank. They loudly announced to the store that I was having paymeny problems. The manager went to the back to "run more reports" when the security gard approached coming from the back office. It appeared to me that he was reaching for his firearm while approaching me asking me to have a seat. After about an hour of being at the store I had enough and left. With no resolution and no prescription. The manager was off "running multiple reports" which clearly showed my transaction. I didnt recive my product or a refund. I felt very threatened during this entire enteraction. I find it ridiculous that a company that has many other locations can charge whatever they want with no other competitors. The mark up rate on the products sold here are almost triple that in other states.
