      They need to shut that nasty park down they have no management their are anyone who could spell it.when it rains they have you walk on old pallets so you don't have to walk in sewer water to your vehicle and how does this place pass state inspection.sounds like somebody knows somebody to me

      This company wants to rig on the lease that I sighed they want everyone to pay for trash and they still have it on the bill then they want to charge if you give them a money order on top of that they have you signed a paper that you don't know what it is and people sign it just because they afraid to get evicted

      The WORST place to try to live in the whole world. If you’re thinking about it. Do not do it! So we did the promotion $400 move in and not have to pay until the following month (you basically get a month free). They not only took that from us. But also HIT OUR ACCOUNT TWICE for rent when it isn’t due. Aside from all of that though we have been here 2 weeks that’s it! And they told us our rent went up by $100. That is NOT the contract that was signed. Apparently they enjoy breaching contracts and bringing people to court over it. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER NEVER NEVER WORK WITH THIS PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!! Do not let them take your money!
