    I normally don't post bad reviews disapproving local businesses but after the train wreck I had with this company, I have to let as many people as possible know that I do NOT recommend using this company. Poor Communication, poor customer service, just flat out unprofessional. It started off with a bid that was turned in way back in April, I had several questions about the quote being that it did not consist of the pathways I had in mind. I reached out to this company for 4MONTHS before hearing back from them. When I did finally hear back from them it was 4/5 weeks before our home was finished being built. ******* was unable to install a jumper pole 90ft off the road due to no road access and because of this Beau-Cal Inc. had to trench and install additional conduit to reach my pedestal from the road. This additional footage almost costed me the same as what the original bid was turned in for "150ft of underground service + pedestal". I am a project control analyst for ****** Industries, I do estimates and change orders for my clients all the time. The price per sqft was higher for this addition than the original quote for some odd reason. Normally this happens when your contractor miss judges the bid. The biggest flaw was this company showed up on the same day the sewer install was taking place when they were originally scheduled a day after sewer install to avoid a congested work area between other contractors. After I tried contacting them several times to meet me at the property so they could get a good idea at what the additional cost would be around, THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME BACK. Next thing I heard from them was all the work was completed, and they needed to collect $1,800.00 that day. I'll leave you with this, if you need any work done to your home, find another contractor or I pray you have a completely different experience.
