    There's no suction so, therefore I can't clean the algae off the bottom of the pool. We've had nothing but one issue after another with this pool from day one being installed.. The pool not being what the right design & picture was given & pool was done totally different. 2nd pool collapsed and not being told and wrong size. 3rd reason I found out the collapse was because an employee told. 4th water pressure coming out 2 jets is barely moving the water flow. 5th no water pressure I haven't been able to vacuum the algae off the bottom of the pool. 6th tiles have been messed up since the pool was put in & never fixed. 7th finally came out and looked and you said you were going to put something at the step area at the deeper end to help with water movement but that hasn't been done. I'm sure there's something else I missed but I'll think about it. We've been very patient and kind with all this and being thrown under the dirt like we’re just a nobody to this company. Pool in....got my money keep going and letting them keep texting about the pool to be fixed. This is my last time to try to get these issues fixed. It's a shame to be treated the way we have been since this pool was put in. We or I should say myself has consistently contacted or ***** about this issues. She said, "she'll pass them on and I'm sorry you're not being taken care of but I have you on the list." So, I may have to see what my options are to getting this pool fixed. Since, I can't seem to get fixed what I mention since the day the pool was finished but not the right style I gave you and it clasped. Which I think has a to to do with it. The guy you had come check it that one time even mentioned there wasn't enough water flow coming out the jets to circulate the water. There should’ve been a jet at the deep end for circulation to keep the water from getting stagnant. You were told this and never tried to fix anything done wrong on this pool.
