I submitted a request for a generac in-home generator to be installed. I was contacted by a man named ******* representing Forest air. After doing an inspection, I was given a quote of $13,250.00 to install a generator to power a 1,030 sq ft condo. I considered this price ridiculous and, after speaking with my neighbor, I was right. My neighbor said the cost shouldn’t have exceeded approx $8,000.00 and ******* of Forest air was attempting to up-sell me. ******* assured me I would be quoted a ‘rock-bottom’ quote and there was no need for additional quotes. Needless to say, I am getting additional quotes before making a final decision. Be very cautious when doing business with this company.Forest Air, LLC

We operate with a spirit of excellence and take pride in establishing lasting relationships with our customers. Our customer base is diverse, loyal and often recommend our HVAC services to others based on their experiences with us. *********************** has a right to give her business to whom she chooses. She is being dishonest about being told not to obtain any other quotes. We simply do not operate like that. We have a proven track record for providing reliable, high quality professional HVAC services.
